This Core Lecture is a must for the Cosmetic Gynecologist who manages Camel Toes and loose labia majora. Dr. Alinsod shares his original non-surgical radiofrequency treatment using Pelleve and ThermiVa as well as his surgical technique developed in 2005 and performed under local anesthesia in an office while the patient is awake. It is a modification of a Radical Vulvectomy. The presentation ends with two examples of labia majoraplasty including fat pad reduction surgery.
