Emsella uses HIFEM (High Intensity Focused Electromagnetic Therapy) as a non-invasive rehabilitation of weak pelvic muscles and to restore neuromuscular control. It has both augmented and replaced pelvic floor physical therapy for the treatment of urinary incontinence in women.
