Lichen Sclerosis is typically treated with a potent steroid and ablative CO2 laser at times. This Core procedural video shows an alternative treatment using radiofrequency and PRP injected into the pale and tender areas of the vulva and perineum. PRP with Amniotic Fluid has also been used with tremendous results. Amniotic Fluid alone can be used as a treatment when PRP quality is poor or unable to be obtained.
