Vampire Wing Lift After Labiaplasty

The patient had a labia minoraplasty and clitoral hood reduction and requested an O-Shot to improve her sensitivity. She also requested a fuller appearing labia majora. We used a 27-gauge needle to place the HA/PRP mix into the labia majora and make it look more youthful. A canula is an excellent option to use as an alternative but is not as precise.
